RETURN POLICY
All returns must be issued within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact info@pwrchew.com.au with your order number and refund request. Please note that we do not accept returns from any retailer stores that carry our products. Please contact the retailer for any issues or concerns.
Return Conditions: Products must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If applicable, your refund will be processed, minus shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We work hard to ensure that all items arrive undamaged, however it does happen. If any of your items are damaged on arrival, please email us at info@pwrchew.com.au ASAP to setup a return or replacement as needed.
