We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience with your purchase of PWRCHEW. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

  1. Single Pack Refund: Our FEEL THE ENERGY GUARANTEE covers a full no questions asked refund for the value of a single pack of PWRCHEW for first time orders.
  2. Single Pack Covered in 6-pack: A single pack within a 6-pack is covered by the guarantee for first time orders. You can purchase a 6-pack to try a single pack and if you're not satisfied, you can return the remaining 5 packs in the original box unopened for a refund of the original price of the 6-Pack.
  3. Double 6-pack and Ultimate Triple 6-pack purchases are not covered by the guarantee.
  4. Purchase Verification: Proof of purchase must be provided for eligibility. This includes the original receipt or order number.
  5. First-Time Purchase: The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases by a household. Repeat refund requests from the same household will not be honored.
  6. Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  7. Location: Only orders within Australia qualify for the guarantee.
  8. Website Purchases: Only purchases made through the official PWRCHEW website qualify for the guarantee.

Refund Process

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the refund status. Approval is at our sole discretion.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment after approval.

Conditions and Limitations

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not covered by the FEEL THE ENERGY GUARANTEE.
  2. Household Limit: Only one refund per household is permitted under this guarantee. Multiple claims from the same household or address will be rejected.
  3. Non-Transferable: The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  4. Fraud Prevention: Any attempts to exploit or abuse the guarantee will result in disqualification from the refund.

Exclusions

  1. Retail Purchases: Purchases made through third-party retailers are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
